Job description

     Work directly with our Project Managers, assisting them in creating estimates and following up with insurance companies. This opportunity provides a significant impact on the company as it enhances profitability and growth.



Responsibilities

  • Review insurance estimates for inaccuracy.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and photos for insurance claim projects.
  • Follow up by phone and email with insurance companies regarding our estimates.
  • Review project specifications sheets.
  • Invoice customers.

Candidates who apply should be detail oriented, demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service, and desire to grow within our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, schedule follow-up activity and diligently work on estimates and invoicing.


· Working hours typically M-F, 8AM-4:30 PM weekly.

  • Basic construction knowledge preferred but not required.
