Job description

     Project managers work directly with our customers and sales staff to create an accurate scope of work for insurance restoration projects. You are responsible for ensuring that projects are profitable and moved to the production department in a timely manner. Once projects are completed an accurate project review is completed to determine if supplements are needed and a final invoice is sent to the insurance company.


Responsibilities

  • Call customers to confirm contact information and project expectations.

  • Review Insurance estimates for inaccuracy.

  • Prepare accurate estimates in Xactimate and/or Symbility software programs.

  • Prepare photos and supporting building code or relevant documents for supplementing.

  • Email Estimates, Photos and documents to the insurance company.

  • Review Job Packets and enter the contract worksheet in our CRM.

  • Review the scope of work with customers.

  • Request building permits.

  • Create all labor and material work orders and verify profit margin.

  • Once the project is completed review and complete the Job Report, check the profit margin, review the crew photos, and create a final invoice.

· Working hours typically M-F, 8AM-5:00 PM weekly.

Job requirements

  • Xactimate or Symbility software experience required.
  • 1 year of industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and schedule follow-up activity.
