Job description

     Site Supervisor work in the field with our Production team to provide day to day job site supervision, management and coaching of installation crews; as well as communication with customers, colleagues and vendors. This opportunity drives a significant impact for the company working directly on customer job sites, executing the quality and efficiency of roofing, siding and gutter projects.



Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned job sites daily to supervise and provide support and direction to installation crews.
  • Confirm the quality and efficiency of the installation process according to work orders.
  • Maintain safety standards and reinforce needs for cleanup at job sites.
  • Active communication with crews and homeowners during build process.
  • Update job status and notes in our CRM.
  • Coordinate material needs, troubleshooting and issue resolution during the build.
  • Track punch lists for resolution and completion by installation crews.
  • Perform minor service and installation tasks as qualified or needed.
  • Review project specifications sheets.

Candidates who apply should be detail oriented, demonstrate a commitment to service excellence, and desire to grow within our company. The ideal candidate will have a construction, trades background, or a degree in construction. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, schedule follow-up activity, and diligently communicate with customers, colleagues and installation crews.


· Working hours typically M-F, 7AM-4:00 PM weekly. Due to the nature of work and variable nature of the industry, performance in this role may require working longer days and time on Saturdays during the busy construction season as needed.

Job requirements

  • Construction management or job site experience.
  • Experienced or educated in the trades.
  • Proficiency with email, calendar, Microsoft Office etc.
  • Ability to learn company CRM application for project tracking.
  • Residential exterior construction experience with roofing, siding & gutters preferred but not required.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Thoroughness and reliability.
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus.
